Smiling releases a mood boost that helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide numerous health benefits such as a strengthened immune system, reduce stress, reduce pain, increase endurance and reduce blood pressure. Every time you smile you affect your brain. Your brain is happy when you smile. You relax when you smile. You feel good when you smile.
What if you have nothing to smile about? If you do not have anything, not one thing to smile about then we need to do some work within. We need to do some soul searching if you can not smile and mean it. I am never suggesting to fake a smile but what I will say is to find your smile. Whatever it takes, whatever the works consists of, you can handle. I want to see you smile for real with no regrets or guilts!
What can members do?
Members can follow each other, write and reply to comments and receive blog notifications. Each member gets their own personal profile page that they can customize.
You can make any member of your blog a writer so they can write posts for your blog. Adding multiple writers is a great way to grow your content and keep it fresh and diversified.
Here’s how to do it:
Head to your Member’s Page
Search for the member you want to make a writer
Click on the member’s profile
Click the 3 dot icon ( ⠇) on the Follow button
Select Set as Writer
